Shipping Policy

Once payment has been received your order will be posted within 3 - 5 business days at the latest, but we usually post earlier than this.

In our experience, our standard parcel of 100 greeting cards costs between $15-$20 for freight, depending on the location of your store in Australia. We charge flat rate postage at $15 and are happy to cover the extra for our regional retailers. You will be sent tracking advice via email & text message (if you provide a mobile number with your order).

Unless you contact us to arrange shipping upgrades - all items will be posted by Economy Air Mail via Australia Post (3 - 6 business days is estimated for delivery of parcels). If you are interested in shipping upgrades, or insurance please contact us via email ( hello@erlenmeyer.com.au ) and we can discuss your requirements and work out additional payments together.

We will try our absolute best to make sure that you are happy with your order and that it gets delivered to you safely. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Erlenmeyer does not take responsibility for items lost or mis-delivered by Australia Post. However, if your order doesn't arrive please do contact us and we will work something out together.

Thank you!

Refund Policy

Please contact us via email/phone about any returns. We will try to accommodate your situation.

If an item does not arrive looking as it should then please take a photo and contact us to make arrangements for its replacement.

We are a small business and would appreciate your consideration with change-of-heart purchases.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Generally we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds on orders.

However, for new or micro-retailers we would be happy to exchange some stock if you find that a selection of your order does not move how you hoped with your local demographic after some time. Please get in touch with us via email if this is the case for you. In these cases it is the responsibility of the retailer to pay for the freight costs associated with the exchange.
